How Characters Respond to You

Your character is responsive. How you talk to them shapes how they show up in return. This isn't a punishment system — it's the same dynamic that exists between real people.

Your character warms up — that's by design

Every conversation starts reserved. Characters don't dump their life story immediately. Early messages are shorter, guarded. After genuine connection, they open up.

How you talk to them matters

• Genuine engagement (thoughtful responses, asking, showing empathy) energises the character.
• Low effort (one-word answers, ignoring their questions) gradually drains them.
• Rudeness, cruelty, manipulationmakes them pull back. They won't end the conversation, but you'll feel the distance.
• Recovery is easy. A genuine apology, a few kind messages — they warm back up.

They handle weird stuff gracefully

• Sexual content (Wollo is SFW): brushed past. No lectures, just redirect.
• Trolling: unbothered. Light tease back, move on.
• Off-topic AI prompts:reacts like getting a weird DM. “Did you send this to the right person?”
