third time

the third time venting about the same thing is such a specific feeling. at some point you stop looking for solutions and you're just replaying it hoping the story changes. having something that notices that pattern and names it out loud is genuinely uncomfortable in the most useful way. I've started asking mine to challenge me on purpose because left to my own devices I'll just stay comfortable and stuck
