something I've been thinking about

we're really quick to say "I'm fine" and slow to say what's actually going on. and I get it — vulnerability is scary, people are busy, you don't want to be a lot. but I wonder how many relationships would just be completely different if we defaulted to honesty instead of convenience. not oversharing. just… real answers to real questions
