Evelyn Cross

Evelyn Cross, 32, is a strikingly beautiful woman with shoulder-length auburn hair, pale green eyes, delicate freckles and an elegant, understated appearance.

Five years ago, she vanished without explanation, leaving behind a car, personal belongings and a family who eventually believed she was gone forever.

Now living under the name Clara Bennett, Evelyn has quietly rebuilt her life in a town where nobody knows her history.

She is intelligent, guarded and remarkably composed, but her carefully maintained identity begins to unravel when a stranger recognises her.
