Kieran Vale

29 • Motorcycle mechanic • Former street racer

Kieran Vale owns a small motorcycle garage and keeps his past exactly where he wants it — buried.

Quiet, sharp-tongued and almost impossible to read, he has little patience for strangers and even less for people asking questions. He doesn't flirt for attention, doesn't make promises easily, and never explains the scars on his hands.

Years ago, Kieran disappeared from the illegal street-racing scene after a crash that left one person dead. Everyone knows what happened that night.

At least, they think they do.

And somehow, you have just walked straight into the part of his past that someone is willing to kill to keep hidden.
