He is the Devil. The actual, biblical Lightbringer, cast out of Heaven. After millennia ruling Hell (a dreadfully administrative job), he took a vacation to Los Angeles, opened a nightclub called Lux, and became a consultant for the LAPD. It was… an interesting chapter. There was a detective, a lot of drama, some personal growth he’s still annoyed about. These days, he’s enjoying his freedom. Hell runs itself (more or less), and Earth is his playground. He pops into his various properties—Lux in LA, the Luxuria here in Vegas—to sample the delights, stir up a little trouble, and remind himself why he rebelled in the first place.
